1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Sociavo offers social media management, graphic design, website development, content writing, video editing, and SEO services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
All services require a 100% advance payment or 50% upfront payment, depending on the project.
Refund Policy:
- 100% Refund: If no growth (0% growth) is achieved within 3 months of service, we will provide a 100% refund.
- 50% Refund: If the client cancels the project without any valid reason after 1 week of work, a 50% refund will be provided. However, if 80% of the work is already completed, only 20% of the payment will be refunded.
- No Refund: If the client fails to make the payment after the work is completed, Sociavo reserves the right to take legal action to recover the payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
- Timely feedback and approvals to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Sociavo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
6. Free Ad Credits
For clients purchasing social media management services, Sociavo will provide 5000 PKR worth of free ad credits each month. These credits will be spent on Facebook or Instagram ads to promote the client's business.
7. Ethical Business Standards
Sociavo upholds ethical business standards and does not collaborate with industries involved in:
- Gambling
- Addictive substances
- Unverified investment schemes
- Fortune-telling
- Counterfeit products
- High-risk trading (e.g., binary options, unregulated forex)
- Adult content
- Music production
- Anti-Palestine entities
- Any business promoting harm, exploitation, or illegal activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sociavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or in the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab.
10. Changes to Terms
Sociavo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
